LMI Research and Pet Care 2001
Pet Care 2001 was a Hong Kong based Pet Sitting and Relaxation service established in 2018 by a Japanese native who can speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese. We've moved and started our service in Easten Tokyo and North East Chiba areas.
LMI Research was a marketing research agency and provides live information to global customers. We now provide a translation service, Japanese and English.

ペットケア2001は、2018年より香港でペットシッターやお散歩代行、リラクゼーションサービスを提供し、日本語、英語、中国語（普・広）を扱う日本人が代表です。2023年より関東地方(千葉北西部および東東京エリア)にサービス拠点を移転いたしました。

My Story
Hello and welcome,
My name is Tomoko, and I am the founder of LMI Research and Pet Care 2001. Over a period of 15 years working for a trading company and financial institutes in Hong Kong, I found she still kept thrilling me but it was stressful for some pets and pet owners, especially for foreigners.
It is easy to find Hong Kong local groups which provide bilingual pet service, however I found there were only few foreign pet sitters/therapists in Hong Kong.
As an experienced coordinator in trading/financial industry, market research is my strength. Having a certificate in Marketing Analytics from University of Virginia, U.S.A., LMI Research handles your enquiries related with a live market report. Also I’m a qualified pet therapist and veterinarian assistant, then would like to try to use my working experience to support pets and pet owners in Hong Kong. Pet care 2001 focuses on pet care services.
I have a certificate in Animal Behaviour and Welfare from the University of Edinburgh, U.K.
Note: I moved to Japan therefore our service is available in Japan only since 2023, thank you.

自己紹介
ペットケア2001代表のTomokoです。在港20年でついに日本へ戻り、普段は会社勤めをしております。元々動物が好きで、それが高じて本業の傍らペットセラピストと上級ペット看護士の資格を取得し、また動物保護のボランティアもやっておりました。ついでにエジンバラ大学の動物行動福祉学もコーセラにて修了。元々は香港でペットを飼うのは環境上難しい、留守時に誰もペットの世話ができないから、という声を耳にして、このサービスを立ち上げました。
日本でも以前の体験を生かして、外出や旅行に悩む方々の助けと慣れればと思っております。普通の会社員ですので、平日昼間などは勤務の都合上ご予約を承れませんが、休日や勤務時間外でご要望がありましたら、ぜひご一考ください。

It depends on what you need, however in general, we make 1 page A4 sized report with a photo in English. Our research covers Hong Kong and Japan markets. If you are interested in any events in Hong Kong but cannot join, we will go and talk to a supplier instead of you. Please check HKTDC website.)
